Born in southern California, I was raised alongside two older brothers by my mom and dad. I was eventually given my Apache name doolé which was chosen to capture my personality. I was named butterfly because I float from one thing to another just as butterfly makes its way from flower to flower. "You're also messy," says my mom, but I don't think that has anything to do with butterfly. ​

I atttend University of California, Berkeley where I major in Native American Studies. My goal is to eventually help foster creativity among Native American communities.
